Agreement & Terms of Service

All Met Blinds products come with a 10-year warranty on hardware and a 5-year warranty on fabric. The coverage below outlines what is included, what is excluded, and how to make a claim. If you have received a quote from us, the e-signing section below confirms your acceptance of the quoted price and full terms

This quote remains valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

Manufacturing time: Approximately 10–12 business days after deposit is received.

Manufacturing time: Approximately 15–20 business days after deposit is received.
If fabric is not in stock, production may take up to 30 business days.

General Terms (Applicable to All Products)

1. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Balance is due upon completion of installation.
4. A $100 service charge applies to NSF cheques.
5. Please note: In the event that an account is referred to a third-party collection agency, an additional fee of 45% of the outstanding balance, or a minimum of $450 plus applicable taxes may be applied by the agency.
